On May 10, 2015, President xi jinping, the People's Republic of China and the republic of belarus President Alexander lukashenko, under the witness of China's sinochem corporation (sinochem) chairman Mr Liu (BPC) with belarusian potash company general manager Elena Kudryavets ms in belarus capital Minsk, jointly signed the sinochem and BPC2015 five years - 2019 memorandum of understanding (MOU), procurement trade volume of about 4 million tons of potash (select content), trade is about $1.3 billion. The MOU will be implemented by sinochem fertilizer. The signing of the MOU, will further deepen the strategic cooperation, sinochem and BPC bilateral economic and trade exchanges between China and belarus, for China's agricultural production to provide quality potash supply security, for all the way "area" strategy implementation to lay a solid foundation. Mr, sinochem group chairman, Mr Liu said: "the Chinese group with BPC has a long-term friendly relations of strategic cooperation between the two sides in the market, complementary products, there is good cooperation foundation and broad prospects. We hope to further cooperate to promote the development of the two companies and have a positive impact on the progress of the overall bilateral relationship."
